can I order a print in a different size than what is available on your website?
usually, yes! reach out and let me know which print you would like and what size you are interested in. i can usually have it printed and shipped to you within 2 weeks.
sometimes i have discontinued a design and only have certain sizes have on hand available for sale to make room for new designs on my website.
do you create custom work?
yes! i really love working on custom pieces that I can infuse with symbolism and make uniquely yours. more information can be found here.
can i use one of your designs for a tattoo?
yes! your purchase of the print of the design will cover the cost of using the design for your tattoo (send me a picture when it's done!)
what is your return policy?
- returns may be made within 7 days of receiving your order
- email me at hello@justinegabreski.com or fill out this form with your order number and reason for the return
- all products must be in the same condition as they were received and returned in their original packaging
- customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- i am not responsible for products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender
- once i have the returned product(s), i will credit your original form of payment less the original cost of shipping
- please note it may take a couple weeks for refunds to be applied to your account due to varying processing times of payment providers
- include the original packing slip or order receipt so i can complete the return process quickly and accurately
what should i do if my tracking information says my order was delivered, but i haven’t received it?
- check to see whether it was accidentally delivered to a neighbor’s address
- contact your local post office with the tracking information
